Groupe Lacasse I worked for the Group Lacasse for 6 years. I was operator of computer numerical control(CNC) machinery (Panel saw, numeric edger, numeric drill, multifunction machine). Then I was versatile worker, and finally, I have been team leader for the last 3 years. I was in charge of a production team (approximately 10 to 15 employees). I was in charge that every thing goes well in the department, follow the production schedule, reach our objectives, train new employees and responsible for quality control. |
