Description
In my work, I use to load customer list for the call center. I have to create web forms for agents, with customer's informations. Datas are stored in a database. I have to create reports for external clients, agent's commissions, and for internal management operations.
- Creating Web form PHP / MySQL
- Creating automated reports with Jasper Reports and OpenReport
- Import/export datas
- Creating automated scripts in PHP or Perl (use crontab)
- Developing an internal tool for managing customer lists. (With this tool, a job that took 1 hour and half, now takes 15 minutes.)
- Training new employees
Work Environment:
- Apache server under Linux CentOs,
- PHP 4 and 5
- MySql 5
- Perl
- Eventum (Tickets management)
